We dealt with Amy who was approachable, easy to deal with and we felt like we were in very good hands. Most of the time she had to struggle with lockdown restrictions but kept things moving and always communicated progress. We are very happy with the service and would not hesitate to use Vicents again.

It was very good once, Amy Whitehouse took over the estate paper. As the last Solicitor was a disgrace.
Amy keep us informed as to what was happening and the progress on the estate.
As we do not live in the Garstang area, if was a relief to how professional and kind Amy was.

First time having to use a solicitor for a letter of probate and didn’t now what to do the solicitor s vincents gave me the solicitor s number direct she was very helpful and really listened to me I only phoned u as an inquiry at first as I didn’t know if to go for a letter of probate she was very helpful and is doing a first class job . .at a difficult Tim after losing someone and then having to deal with the estate Amy white side was for listening and very professional .
