Amazing customer service at CareCo Preston. Jordan was such a lovely gentleman he first looked at the scooter that was broken and tried to fix it before us making the decision to purchase a new one. Note: we had the previous scooter for over 4 years with daily use so it was time for a new one. Jordan then advised us on which scooter would be comparable with the one I already had. Tried the scooter in store it was perfect. Light weight. Easy to drive. Lights for the darker days. Went through the paperwork with ease. Happy with my purchase and happy with the service. 5 star.

Fantastic service. We were served by Danielle who went through every detail to make sure that we found a wheelchair that matched my daughters needs. She couldn't have been more helpful. Would highly recommend CareCo, they have lots of products in the showroom so you can find something that matches your needs. The wheelchair was delivered within about 5 days and my daughter is very happy with it.

Very pleasant experience. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Jennifer was so efficient and it was a pleasure to be served by her and her colleague, whose name I cannot bring to mind. Such is life, when you reach the age of 73.🤷‍♀️ Would highly recommend.

The item we wanted was not one kept in stock at this store but the young man serving us found a suitable selection on his computer. We were able to select what we wanted easily and quickly. Delivery is expected now on day 2 or 3. We are told that if the goods turn out to be unsuitable they can be returned to be exchanged.
All in all we are pleased with our dealings with CareCo, subject to the goods being right when they arrive.

Really friendly, helpful, informative staff, (Jennifer & David) they explained all the options available to my Dad, showed him how to use the remote on the chair. There was no pressure selling at all. Once Dad chose his chair, Jennifer made the ordering process very quck & simple. Dad received his new chair 3 days later. Excellent service from start to finish.

I was recommended CareCo by a work colleague. I’ve been looking for a travel wheelchair with a carry bag and needed to take my dad into the store to try one out. Danielle was our first point of call. She was very helpful, polite, friendly, professional and Danielle went out of her way to assist and give us help in deciding what wheelchair was best for our needs. I would definitely visit CareCo again if I was needing anything else for my dad. The whole experience was easy and straightforward.

I found the Care Co showroom bright and air and the staff very polite, understanding and helpful. They were also mindful of my significant hearing loss. I was not put under any pressure to purchase and Jordan used his knowledge to help me select a scooter to suit my needs. Unfortunately when the scooter arrived due to an apparent manufacturing fault on split into two parts for placing in the car boot it would not fit together properly again. I took the scooter to the showroom where Jordan and a colleague spent some time trying to resolve the problem (and confirm it was not me doing it wrong). He then completed the relevant report for it to be returned and exchanged. I am currently awaiting contact from the central office re arrangements for delivery of a replacement.

Excellent service, David was so helpful, knowledgable, we didn’t feel rushed or pushed into buying at all. Would highly recommend CareCo to anyone wanting or needing any sort of appliance, they have a great choice to suit your affordability. Showroom was very clean and well laid out, a credit to them.
