Very very very bad and awful experience . I am truly disappointed and heart broken with their stupid services and what they have done to me . I approched them for my partners unmarried visa , as we were from different country it was difficult so I didnot wanted to do it by myself . This firm has changed I don’t know their company and the person dealing with it 4 times . And every time I had to explain my case to each person and each time they ask for updated document I paid them while they asked for . That is not even the worst part . Finally after applying visa , home office contacted them for more proof and this group of solicitor they did not even bother to tell me that and my partner’s visa got refused . We had spend money for their work and all got is waste of time and money . They took my whole year to do all this . Never ever trust them . Very poor service . Very very bad service and very irresponsible .

Been waiting on response for over a year every time I call it’s ‘we will call you back’ but never get a response rung me when they wanted to take case giving it the hard sale worst mistake ever swapping over to them it would of been settled by now If I stuck to the solicitors I was originally with , all I can say is avoid like the plague absolutely useless with zero customer skills
