Cannot say just how impressed I am with the way my issue was dealt with. The lady who visited my home on a Saturday morning and the Accounts lady I spoke to on the phone were both very helpful. The accounts lady was incredibly helpful and answered all my queries satisfactorily. I would really recommend Tivoli because my experience with them was so straight forward with a welcome friendly touch, which was appreciated.
