Super helpful friendly team and an array of new and preloved items.
I bought a lovely ring from the second hand tray. They measured my finger and resized it, but when I returned my fingers had swollen due to the extreme heat and the ring felt uncomfortable. They resized it again for me free of charge which was so kind, and did it really quickly.
There’s always lovely things in the windows.
They also value and repair items too.
Definitely my go to jewellers in Bury. Highly recommend.

On the 10th January 2024, I visited Romark Jewellers with the intention of buying an engagement ring to propose to my girlfriend of 8 years. I knew a rough idea of what I was looking for, it was just a matter of finding for the right one.

I believe the lady that helped me that day was called Asta, and I would like to say a huge thank you for all of her help in finding the perfect ring for me based on the specification I had in mind. From coming through the door, to buying the ring, she was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout.

I must have spent a good hour or two looking at all their different rings before settling on the one I did. There was no pressure on making a decision that day, though I wanted to, and I didn't feel rushed at all while looking over all the different options. The ring did need adjusting in size, which was completed in less than a week at a very reasonable price (£50) and done very well.

I did talk to Asta, and another lady I believe called Caroline, about my plans, and if you remember me and are reading this, I was the guy who planned a fake reunion for staff members at Lynford Hall Hotel, but in actual fact it was just us two there. The whole thing raised no suspicions at all; and she said YES! She also absolutely loves the ring!

I look forward to using your services in the not to distant future, and have no hesitations in recommending you to friends/family/people I speak to.

so very helpful. I bought my engagement ring from here over 6 years ago and it was very reasonably priced. I needed to have my wedding ring re sized after my fingers got bigger post pregnancies. It is a very sentimental item to me as was my grandmothers, I was dealt with very professionally, reasonable price, and fast turn around, with perfect end result. over the years I've always found the staff very helpful when buying Christmas presents from here for my family. would highly recommend as a local business in Bury where they really care about doing a good job.

Romark were absolutely fantastic! Me and my partner purchased our wedding rings from here and received a 5 star service. My engagement ring needed to be changed, their goldsmith crafted the changes, this was one at a really reasonable price and the turn around was super quick.
We will definitely be back to purchase more jewellery!

Absolutely excellent service, very helpful, friendly staff. Chose a necklace on Tuesday which needed some alteration, had it back on Wednesday, next day.
Would highly recommend this jewellers to anybody.

Excellent service.
I went to another high street jeweller to mend the ring on my crucifix and they wanted to send it away!
These guys did it there and then and it only cost £1!
Friendly people highly recommended.
I am looking forward to visiting Bury again and to buy some of the fantastic selection they have.

If I could give more stars I would, through a very difficult period in my life, Sav and the team at Romark, came into possession of a watch that has great sentimental value to me, they went above and beyond customer care and all boundaries, to get the watch fixed and returned to me, this was more than a shopping experience, this was a memory exchange and interaction that I will carry with me forever. If i ever need jewellery, service on a watch or anything they can provide, I and my family will always use Romark now. Thank you all so very much.
