Martin &Co have been great over the last few months with the result of a successful sale of our house, Justine was very efficient with coming around to value the property, and when we agreed to go with Martin &Co she did a very professional job with the marketing. Charlotte took the lead with viewings and once sale was agreed she was brilliant at keeping us up to date with progress and also making contact with various solicitors taking the stress off of us. Charlotte was knowledgeable and always able to answer some of the most random questions we had.

Most helpful company, started using Martin and Co as our letting agent, for a 3 bedroom house....
Tamara initially came around to the property to consult and advise us on what to do prior to renting the property out.
As neither of us live locally to the property it's been handy to have Martin and Co communicate with us if any issues arise, let us know if there's been any tennant requests too.
Any work that has been done through their many contacts has been done at a reasonable price and in a quick time too.

We're more than happy with the service that we've received going into our 3rd year of leasing to the same family.
