We first met Nigel Cordon at the end of October 2023 - he was recommended to us by our accountant. Nigel was tasked with providing us with two buy to let mortgages so that we could purchase a new home in Cyprus. The first mortgage went through very quickly and smoothly. The second mortgage involved raising the money against a wholly owned flat which had been built within the last ten years. Unfortunately the apartment block had cladding as part of its structure and although independent surveyors had confirmed that the cladding was sound and safe, the mortgage providers' underwriters were insistent on additional information and assurances that all was well. Nigel kept us fully informed as to progress on our mortgage and kept in touch with the mortgage providers to ensure that we did eventually have the mortgage we required. His calmness and resilience were most reassuring during the dark days of answering what seemed like an unending stream of ancillary questions and we are most grateful to him for keeping us fully posted and in good spirits.

I would really like to thank David it was a very long journey. Firstly we bought a older property that had many issues including trees etc, we then decided not pursue that so we then went for a new build where David managed to get us a new offer at lower rate and a negotiate a better offer saving us even more money. I would recommend David and his team to anyone.
