Peter Ball in Leckhampton have recently sold our property for us - found us a buyer at the full asking price within days. Made the whole process very easy with regular updates on progression of the sale. The property had previously been tenanted and, again Peter Ball gave us very good service during the 5 years they acted as our Letting Agents. This is the second property they have sold for us and the good service has been consistent on each occasion. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Constant teasing me for the houses don’t match my criteria after I explained to the lady over the phone half dozen times what I’m looking for. The lady who phoned me even offered me a house that 250K above my budget at one point! This lady is extremely rude with no respect to buyer who doesn’t make purchases above 1 million. I don’t know how can people trust this estate agency to deal with one of the largest purchases in someone’s life. Worst agency I’ve ever seen.

We mainly dealt with Hannah and she showed us several properties, advised and guided us through the sale process and always returned calls and requests in a timely manner.
