Having had a very poor experience with a previous mortgage advisor, I decided to contact Rachel based on a recommendation from a family member. I’m very glad that I did! Rachel was excellent from start to finish. Rachel took on board my requirements and worked thoroughly to present the best options that met my criteria. This was explained clearly and progressed efficiently resulting in me obtaining a mortgage offer that would not have happened with the previous mortgage advisor. All correspondence was replied to in a timely manner and her friendly approach really made it feel like a personalised service. I cannot recommend Rachel enough and will be using her for future remortgages.

She definitely went over my expectations as she answered emails late in the evenings and I never waited very long for a response.
