After reading glowing reviews, I had high hopes for Lawyers Point Solicitors—despite the name sounding more like a budget legal advice hotline than a reputable firm. Unfortunately, my optimism was misplaced.

Three weeks after instructing them, and after enduring a series of baffling communication failures, they abruptly dropped us via email. No discussion, no attempt to clarify concerns—just a cold, impersonal termination of service. When we tried to understand why, we were met with staff who were as unhelpful as they were rude.
