They took hell lot of time to get the refund processed. I had my colleagues who had filed the refund 2-3 months later than me but they got the refund pretty quickly within a month. I had to continuously follow up each time for the latest updates in spite of providing all necessary documents as requested. They mentioned refund would be processed in Max 2-3 months but it took 8-9 months for the refund amount to be credited to my bank account. My friends had a fruitful experience , not really sure why they took so much time to process the refund for me alone, pretty disappointed on the refund timeline , apart from that the initial process was pretty good
