We recently had a new boiler installed by Jay. Our old boiler was due for replacement and suddenly it sprung a leak. Jay responded very quickly. Visited us. Talked us through our options and, within a couple of days, the job was done! Very happy with our new boiler. The service was great. No mess. Highly recommended.

TOP RECOMMENDATION
After 4 days with no heating or hot water and a boiler beyond economic repair we found Jay Law Ltd this morning. Received really helpful advice with different options to consider. They then dropped everything and arrived before we had time even to make a coffee. Removed the old piece of junk and fitted a new Worcester boiler, tidied up a spaghetti of pipe work, then cleaned up, leaving no mess or any disturbance at all. No fuss, very friendly, efficient and professional from start to finish, a great family firm. Happy warm and clean customers!

Excellent service from a family run business.

Hayley, Jay and thier son replaced our old boiler in 4 hours and tidied up beautifully afterwards.

Advice on which boiler to fit was great.

Definitely recommend you call them if you ever need any central heating help.

Called Jay Law Ltd to replace an ageing boiler which finally gave up the ghost.
Jay was so professional that he diagnosed the problem over the phone , he quoted me a price and time for my new installation which I accepted. I now have heating and hot water . Although Jay wasn't the cheapest he is certainly the most professional and I am happy to pay a premium for his services and the knowledge that the job had been done right . I will definitely recommend his company and services to anyone who needs a plumbing or heating job on the grounds of efficiency and professionalism. Very satisfied and happy customer. I now have his number on speed dial just in case I need any other jobs doing , he is my first port of call

Jay was here last week to service our boiler and bleed the radiators ready for the winter. The service and reliability of his work is as always second to none. Hayley kept us informed of his expected arrival and promptly followed up Jay's visit with a service completion certificate.
As a team Jay and Hayley provide a complete reassuring service that leaves feeling safe and secure . Cannot praise them enough they have a quality and dedication that is hard to find these days.

Jay and Brandon have now done several jobs for my elderly mother, including installing a new stop tap and a new boiler. We have been very happy with the work and their attitude and attention to detail. We live 200 miles away so, sadly, I don't think they would be interested in taking on our own heating maintenance, but I would have no qualms about arranging for them to deal with an emergency in my mother's house in my absence. Highly recommended.
