The care was good.
However the business people running the show are hounding us for money after my elderly mum moved into a care home.
Helping Hands claim they weren’t given enough notice when they had verbally informed me that it wasn’t necessary,
The carers are excellent and so is the manager.
Sadly though at the top end, there is no compassion and it’s all about making money,

Helping Hands is a truly wonderful team of carers. They have taken away the worry of having an elderly relative who lives on their own and who is in need of so much attention. They provide the most wonderful service and sometimes just a friendly face. An amazing group of people who go above and beyond in the care they offer. We can't rate them highly enough.
