It was brilliant working on a project where Habitat+ were the architects. Tim was flexible, available and happy to talk through solutions.

It felt refreshing to work with a practice who are open minded to input from the professionals around them and vet those ideas to stay true to the concept and requirements of the project.

They remained committed to the details, even towards the end of the project when fast decisions had to be made.

Building a house for the first time is a roller coaster journey and therefore having a good team on board is critical, it also helps being located in a friendly village. We bought the property because of its fabulous garden and view and because we love the village.
We had met with some great local architects but realised early on if we wanted to build a true passive house we would need a special kind of architect. Luckily a friend in the village was able to introduce us to Habitat+.
They have been a brilliant combination of excellent design and technical knowhow but most of all they have been a big support. Tom understood exactly what we were trying to achieve aesthetically and Tim makes sure the technical and passive house elements work. I can’t overstate how valuable it is to have this kind of support join us for the roller coaster ride.

We would like to thank Habitat Plus and Tim for their recent design and project management in which they oversaw the renovation of Hedges Law's office in Chipping Norton.
The finished result is absolutely beautiful, better than we could ever have hoped for and we are constantly being showered with compliments about our beautiful new working space.
The team's attention to detail, dedication and professionalism was exemplary. Everything was delivered on budget, on time, and in a super orderly way.
We have already commissioned Tim for a new updating and renovation project on another one of our locations and are so looking forward to working with the team again.

Habitat+ guided us through the process of renovating and reconfiguring our 200 or so year old house, and we were so impressed with and grateful for their expertise and professionalism throughout.
