I needed a EV charger fitted at short notice and had tried my energy supplier and various other National and local electricians who offered very competitive prices, but had 6 to 8 week leadtimes.
I came by Forbes George on a Google search and they had good reviews.

Nic of Forbes George was able to do the job at very short notice a site survey was carried out and I was advised that my existing consumer unit which was 20+ years old would need replacing to accept the new EV charger.
This was agreed a few days later I received quotation.
It wasn’t as competitive as previous quotes but It was a fair price, given the timescale for the installation (2 weeks).

Nic provided a professional clean service and did an excellent job.

Having had 4 different plumbers out to fix an inbuilt toilet (that no one wanted to touch - because it could mean taking tiles off!!) in a four year old house Mark was the only one who actually took the time to have a really good look, see exactly what the problem was ordered my parts and duly installed all new parts - without touching my tiles. Communication with Eben regarding the spare parts delivery was fantastic. Mark’s manner and his expertise were superb - I would highly recommend Eben and his team any day.

My boiler broke down during the recent very cold spell. Forbes George were here within an hour, diagnosed the fault, quickly obtained a spare part and had the boiler working in no time. They came back the next day to service it. It had been neglected for some time. I was extremely happy with their service and would be happy to recommend them to anybody.

Asked for an emergency call out to fix a leak underneath the kitchen sink. The guys arrived within 20 mins which was incredible. The service was fantastic and the remedial work was carried out to a very high standard. Overall very impressed.

Phoned just after 7 on a Friday evening because of a tripping switch after unplugging everything in the house. After stating and confirming I was accepting of the call-out fee, George was here in 20 minutes, friendly and professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Fixed and fitted silicon to the outside box so it wouldn't happen again. Even the dogs were relaxed with him - high praise indeed! Will use again in an electrical emergency.
