Atrocious service, This company has been put in place against the will of paying customers which granted isn’t the fault of the company but the managing agent. That aside in our building we’ve had no security breaches or issues until Fetch security were employed, in 2 days they security allowed someone to tailgate them into the building and did not challenge them, they opened the door for me not knowing who I was and dropped the keys and access fobs for another building in our building. Security officers have freely admitted they have no power to deal with what they’ve been employed for and that it isn’t worth the hassle of dealing with issues they see.

I have encountered Fetch security at both nightclubs and festivals in the Maidstone area and have been met with the highest level of professionalism at all times. Friendly and welcoming on the way in but still maintaining a good security presence, I was able to enjoy my time feeling safe. Fetch staff were more than happy to provide me with venue and local info such minicab companies, making sure I got home safely. Would highly recommend the company!

Been to many nightclubs and festivals in the past but I must say the nightclubs and festivals that I have been to in the past where Fetch security have been working they have always been friendly and approachable. They are so polite and have been so helpful in the past a very professional company and would highly recommend them to anyone.
