Earlier in the year, I sold a property for the first time and Davisons were faultless with keeping me informed, working in a timely manner and also being available to speak to. My partner and I have just bought our new home together and I really wanted to use them again because of my previous good experience. I'm pleased to say that they were absolutely faultless again and both Rosie and Kieren, who predominantly worked on our conveyancing, were fabulous. I would definitely use them again (though I don't want to admittedly move home for a very long time) and I recommend them to anyone. Myself and my partner have just bought our first home. We were absolutely delighted with the service from start, to finish. We were recommended to use Davisons Law by some friends and thankfully due to there being several offices, we found that the most convenient one for us was the Stow-on-the-Wold office which was conveniently close to my work. I had to pop in a few times to drop off some paper work and was always greeted so politely by the team. I worked closely with Kieren and at the end of exchange Alex, but everyone else in-between including; Rosie and Olivia were also brilliant. I chose Davisons Law after originally instructing an online conveyancing firm that ended up being incredibly slow and absolutely terrible (rookie mistake for a first time buyer!). Rosie very quickly helped set up my case file with Davisons Law after I opted to make the switch, and Kieren was allocated as my solicitor to help me purchase my first home in August, with completion at the beginning of October. The whole process was very smooth and very speedy. Both Rosie and Kieren are incredibly friendly and not once did I ever feel I had to chase anything. Kieren always responded to emails quickly and was always available at the other end of the phone if I called with a query and took the time to answer or clarify anything I didn't understand. Would certainly use them again for any future legal matters related to property! Switching to Davisons Law before my property purchase really got going was probably the best decision I made after the initial stress and anxiety caused by the previous cheap online conveyancing company I chose.
