It was a super good agency until an Indian manager arrived. More precisely, I have about 3 years of experience in the Adidas warehouse and there were a few jobs available, to which I applied. Nobody called me, nobody answered my application. I called former colleagues and they said that the warehouse is full of Indians, and the manager at the agency, being Indian, does not send any other nationality to work, regardless of qualifications and experience. I hope that the XPO management will see this and take a stand against this racist.

A smooth and easy onboarding process following CV submission. On the first day the induction was well managed albeit it taking only 2 hours not the 3 hours I was informed about by email. Support was great from the on-site PMP team. I was provided with a (basic) pair of safety boots and a high viz jacket, although having to buy a pair of black jeans to conform with the dress code as I don't own such.

The training is provided by the client and is a bit scant. Really you learn on the job and by asking colleagues who are helpful. But, it wasn't rocket science so picked it up in the first day.

Information about applicable tax rates and the workplace pension was not readily available but I am asking for it at an early stage. Access to Payroll support was not readily forthcoming. However, they have what appears to be a pretty slick online payroll portal but I haven't used it yet so will see how that pans out when I am able to register on it.

All in all, I am pleased with my experience and would recommend PMP.

I recommend the best agency in Milton Keynes very professional staff. nice atmosphere and also a very busy agency. PMP agents work at very high speed. They offer jobs in various fields and are able to get the right job for the person, not the other way around. The agency has a super organized working time. Job offers are very good and the placement is higher than at other agencies. I am personally impressed. I especially recommend contacting Kim who is a very specific, helpful and influential person. Due to one employee, I was forced to offer this rating.
Through this agency, I've been working for a warehouse in Brinklow for more than six weeks. To keep my belongings secure at work, I've been requesting a simple locker. which this organisation was supposed to offer me ever since I joined. I have therefore been texting and reminding one of the staff for the past 15 days. But she never responds to my messages, and when she does, she just says that the problem hasn't been resolved for 15 days. I didn't anticipate this agency to act in such a casual manner. It's just absurd.

On a personal level, staff were extremely helpful, polite and informative throughout. Alas, Day 1 was a disaster logistically. With no parking in the vicinity several of us had to resort to tailgating to get into the H & M car park. We then had to wait on the pavement several minutes until permitted into the complex (thankfully it wasn't raining!). At the end we were forced to wait in a queue for our fingerprints to be read at reception in order that we could leave - circa 20 minutes wasted on £0 pay beyond the end of shift. PMP you can and must treat new recruits with the care and consideration you would hope to encounter. This seemingly apathetic disdain was the main reason I chose not to return.
