ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES, TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND DISGRACEFULLY APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE OR RATHER TOTAL LACK OF IT!!!

I won’t write a story of my life, even though dealing with this firm was such a dreadful saga!
- First impressions of the firm (provided by their solicitor Blazej Smykowski) was very good. I instantly felt that I will be in good hands.
- Everything was fine in terms of processes, all the way until my claim was filed in court. We were in regular, fast and efficient contact with Blazej.
- ⁠The real issues started a week before my case was due in court. Blazej got removed from my case, as he was on holiday that week, which was then passed to Clayton Tariah Dokiboera.
- ⁠During the week leading to my case Clayton didn’t do anything with my case until late on Thursday and we only managed to speak on Friday (the court case was on the coming Monday!).
- ⁠The files I received from Clayton for signing were FULL of discrepancies, including wrong dates, wrong amounts etc. On top of that I never received a response or any corrected documents. I was shocked that I had to send corrections to a solicitor (who had all the details on file!).
- ⁠On the Friday I also needed to speak urgently with the firm owner Osaro Richards, which was meant to be arranged, to finalise the figures for the claim and to speak about the vat that they charged me incorrectly. Osaro never returned any of my emails nor did he call me back. He eventually called me back on … Saturday at 10pm local time! I wasn't available so he tried calling me back on ... Sunday at 8pm!
- ⁠Needless to say that the documents with the wrong details were submitted to court (Sunday 10pm).
- Osaro acknowledged all the corrections and told me Clayton will call me in the morning. Surprise surprise, I received no calls whatsoever. I urgently tried to contact Clayton before the court hearing so I called the office (I had no mobile for him). A lady answered the phone and after struggling to help, her colleague Anna Jasinska (the so called “office manager”) took over the phone. She was rather rude and abrupt and spoke to me in Polish, even though I specified that I wish to communicate with the firm purely in English, as I feel more comfortable in this language. She did not listen when I was explaining that they are about to submit incorrect information in court, she kept interrupting me, said they can’t help. She also told me off claiming I have emailed the court with my corrections (I replied to all when responding to Osaro's email, without realising this was a court email). Anna eventually, while I was still talking to her, hung up on me half way through my sentence!!! It was at that point that I realised I’m dealing with a firm on a disgraceful Polish customer service level, rather than one with high standards. I tried calling back, but guess what – they didn’t answer my NUMEROUS calls (in the next 10 minutes). Osaro finally answered his mobile, acknowledged the necessary corrections and my complaint about Anna’s appalling behaviour.
- I then didn’t hear anything about my case all day. Again, no calls were being answered. And then suddenly around 6pm boom!!! “I attach important correspondence for your attention. We could not get a possession order against your tenants today. It was entirely our fault. We applied for possession order on terms of Section 8 when they were served notice under section 21. I am sorry. A section 8 notice would set us back by 2 months.”
NEED I SAY ANY MORE?

Well, actually yes - On 9th of September Osaro said that he intends to seek an order that my tenants pay the arrears of rent. But then on 4th of October he said that We did not need to seek a section 8 claim against your tenants and as such we did not go after them for rent arrears. No words!

I honestly have no idea how on earth they have such high Google ratings?!

The case is going to SRA!
