We’re first time buyers and honestly couldnt have done it without patty. At the start we werent even sure if we could get a mortgage as i am self employed. patty reassured us that it would be possible and worked with us to get the best deal we could. not only this though, patty was with us every step of the way through the buying process, answering any questions we had both quickly and clearly. she did so much to help us over the months, i cant thank her enough. Patty was super helpful and supportive in the process of buying our first home as it can be super tough at times but she always went out of her way to help us and make sense of what was happening any time of the day she would be on the end of the phone it was great knowing we had someone like Patty to rely on.
