We had a fantastic experience both selling and buying with Ocean. The whole process was really easy with a portal detailing all viewings and feedback. Their communication was excellent, we never had to chase for feedback. We had originally listed with a different estate agent who had terrible communication, Ocean were so much better. The pictures they took of our house were really clear and showed off our homes personality. Melissa was particularly lovely to deal with and supported us through our sale and purchase. She always asked after our children and cats, we had a really personal service from her. We almost lost the house we wanted when our first buyer pulled out for personal reasons and Melissa and the rest of the team worked hard to make sure we didn’t lose our purchase.
