Great all round service. Jake and Leigh were friendly and helpful. They listened to our needs and were efficient to send over some great options. Booking a holiday here was hassle free and this experience continued throughout the holiday with regular text updates and an easy app with all your travel documents. Leigh has been absolutely amazing at finding a holiday for my Wife and I. I was faced with various issues in getting a surprise holiday sorted for my Wife’s Birthday, but Leigh was able to counter all of them. I had a basic idea of requirements and ideas on locations, Leigh came back promptly with excellent suggestions and I took my sweet time not being able to decide as they were all so nice.
Leigh also took the time to create a voucher of sorts which was something I was able to present to my wife at the surprise party! You wouldn’t get that with Jet2/TUI, etc.!

10/10. Just enjoyed a wonderful family holiday in Corfu. My Travel PA found us the perfect venue for a party of 10, and worked so diligently to ensure an effortless experience. Literally all we had to do was turn up to the airport, the rest was managed by them from start to end, with professionalism, empathy, and a friendly personal service. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience, right from our entry we were greeted with warmth and.... A glass of prosecco or bottle of beer, why not start the holiday experience off with a touch of class.
Lee and Co attended to our needs within no time our holiday booked and paid for. As a rule, we don't usually book through a travel agent however this will change after this visit.

We went here to have a Eurofins PCR test for entry into Barbados. I had doubts that the test would be sufficient for entry to Barbados because it is supposed to be done by a medical person. They actually make you do the test yourself and there is no medical person present. Also it was a nasal sample only. I was assured by the staff at My Travel PA that it would be fine. However, when we arrived at Barbados airport the test was rejected causing us a great deal of stress.

Nice, clean place. Quick only thing is they don't pick up the phone, was on hold for an hour before was able to speak to someone one. They were however courteous enough to accommodate my request as I was a late for my appointment.

Very good Experience 1st time, 2nd Experience was good also but not quite the same, was with different persons. Place is nice and clean, went for pcr which was an excellent service.
