Derek helped me at a very difficult time of my life make sense of some paperwork I was struggling with. He went above and beyond. I felt he did this out of kindness rather than for personal or investment / financial gain. He had absolutely no need to help me the way he did. He phoned to check how I was and was genuinely supportive. When I asked about investments he was thorough in his explanations making sure I understood choices completely before making decisions. I feel in safe and trustworthy hands and I cannot recommend Derek highly enough.
