Absolutely Outstanding IT Support – Highly Recommend

I was having some quite complex issues with Microsoft 365. I spent two days trying to get help through Microsoft support, but honestly it just added more stress and confusion. The process was frustrating, and I ended up giving up after getting nowhere.

That’s when I reached out to Impact Computing and spoke with will and Ashley. They both took the time to properly listen and understand what had gone wrong.

Ashley worked with me remotely, asking the right questions while actively investigating and resolving the problems directly. He patiently worked through everything in detail and managed to get my business Microsoft 365 account fully restored, emails, calendars and everything back in sync. It was a huge relief, as it meant my business could get back to normal.

As someone running a small business, I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained and how thorough they were. It didn’t feel rushed or brushed off, they genuinely wanted to help and get it sorted properly.

I’m very thankful to both Ashley and Will. It’s a huge comfort knowing I’ve now got proper support in place if anything goes wrong again. If you're looking for reliable, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful IT support, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Impact Computing.
