Miserable staff. Twice in last week I've had the same woman serving me. Totally miserable person, making using the post office an unpleasant experience. Just gives off thw vibe of not wanting to be there and all customers are a bind. Asked a question about previous letter size problems and got told "I don't know - I don't see them...." anwyway, Garstang PO from now on.

Appalling customer service on every single visit. At first I thought I must have caught them on a bad day so didn’t think anything of it, but having now reluctantly used the store on an additional 5 or 6 occasions it’s been the same every time and with varying members of staff. You genuinely get treated like you have caused them a huge inconvenience by entering the store.

And whatever you do, don’t try and use the place for anything ā€˜complicated’ like Amazon collection. It’ll ruin their day so much that they’ll refuse to give you YOUR parcel because they can’t work out the system to scan it over to you.

If it was a sketch show, it’d all be very funny, but it’s not and they don’t deserve any custom.

I have lived in the village for over 35 years and cannot understand or accept some of the comments made . Staff have always been welcoming and go out of their way to be helpful in every way together with much laughter and friendliness

Staff that know most of the village residents, know the area so well they can tell you the little places satnavs don't.
One of those little shops that are disappearing these days. Wonderful store. If you go to the village you should all support the little stores.

I honestly don’t understand previous negative comments I’ve read, I’ve lived in the area 3 years now and often use the shop and post office the staff are always friendly and never rude and where else do you get a post office that serves you on a Sunday?

Absolutely vile customer service. So rude and unhelpful. They won't be receiving any custom from me, I'd much rather use the 'Loco' shop that is just behind Jay-Cee's.

The staff at Loco are pleasant and don't speak to you in sarcastic tones and make you feel small and stupid like the staff that I've encountered at Jay-Cee's.

The people in this store are so rude and miserable, makes me wonder why they work with the public. Never a smile or thank you, my grandchildren aged 6 and 9 could give them a lesson in manners.
