I would happily recommend Ross. We needed an asbestos survey carrying out at really short notice.
Ross was very accommodating. Answered all our questions, explained his pricing structure to us so we could decide what we needed.
He carried out the work and produced a very detailed, easy to read report.

Ross was responsive, helpful and friendly. He managed to fit us in within a week of my enquiry. He clearly explained what he would be doing and what we might need to do afterwards. He additionally tested the putty to make sure everything was covered. He also gave some recommendations for asbestos removal companies, who we've now booked in. We needed an asbestos survey of 80 year old business premises. We contacted several companies. Ross at Roken Environmental was very helpful in his explanation of the process and very prompt with booking an appointment. On the day, he turned up 5 mins early and began the process unobtrusively without disturbing the staff or making a mess. The survey was very thourough and the report was completed and emailed to us within a week. The report was well presented, comprehensive and easy to understand. The price charged was also the lowest of the quotes that we had obtained. I highly recommend Roken.
