I am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my car repair appointment at Evans Halshaw. This is the second time I’ve visited, and once again, there was no proper diagnosis or detailed inspection carried out. Despite having an extended warranty, the team failed to identify any issues, wasting both my time and money. In contrast, a private mechanic was able to quickly and accurately pinpoint the problem, which highlights just how poor the diagnostic service here truly is. The lack of professionalism and effectiveness has completely shattered my trust, and I cannot recommend Evans Halshaw to anyone.

Horrible experience getting a car through motability.

Rude, not interested, and on collection the car was outside with people poking it and it wasn't a good experience at all.
