I went through a very tricky Divorce with my ex-wife with many financial challenges. I also had limited funds and needed expert help and advice. Maria was expertly able to provide this and to focus on the key priorities to deliver a settlement. From her advice, we focused on the FDR hearing. This stopped the usual round robin conversations which reduced the legal costs and maximised her impact on what was actually needed to progress the Divorce. has anyone recently dealt with this company. Looks like they are defrauding people.
1- They are not regulated by CILEX or NALP but they display the certification
2- The communication is terrible
3- These guys are holding £65000 without any valid reason. We asked them to report the money to SRA or any other authority if they believe money is acquired illegal but they refuse to do that. You will never speak to Maria(Atleast she refused to talk to us). We only ever spoken to are receptionists. I am actually prepare a case to take this company to court.
Don't use them for any property related matters specially if large sums are involved.
We are preparing to take this company to court for damages, misleading, theft, fraud, and money scams
