I just bought a car from this garage and my experience was brilliant. I dealt with Layton initially and then when he went on holiday Nathan took over and then I dealt with Layton when I bought and collected my new car. Both knew a lot about the car and were extremely helpful. When I collected my car Layton spent time talking me through the car at length and setting the car features up personalised for me, he was fantastic! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Layton who really knows his stuff, if you are looking to purchase a Jeep, honestly do yourself a favour and give Layton a call. Layton was highly recommended to me from my next door neighbours who recently bought a Jeep from Layton who passed on his card and told me to give him a call. Couldn't have been better looked after and wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from this garage. I love my new car so much, thank you Layton.

Very helpful, fair and trustworthy dealership who patiently helped choose and secure the right car for me. Nick Young in particular is an excellent, competent and professional salesman who knows the trade well and the tips and tricks to get you a good deal, and I never felt under pressure or like I was being manipulated or played like I have at some other dealers. I’ve used the Lipscomb Canterbury Fiat Service Department on multiple occasions, and every visit has been a consistently excellent experience. The team is always polite, professional, and informative, making the process smooth and stress-free from start to finish.

What really stands out is the consistency of their service — no matter how many times I return, the standard never drops. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, with a great coffee machine and a space that allows me to work from my laptop while I wait, which is a huge bonus.

So disappointed at the level of greed from this place, we went in with a noise coming from the clutch, I was informed later that day that it was possibly a clutch release bearing, which i already knew, but would need to be stripped down first to find out.
That is going to cost £2250....PMSL.
Spoke to another garage, same job, same bits £1450, I just can not understand how Lipscomb can justify charging an additional £800 for the same job, and then when we go to pick the car up, they charged us £168 investigation fee?
They couldn't of possibly investigated it as they needed to strip it first to find out if it was what they thought it was!

Only been to Canterbury Fiat twice now, and both times I have received superb customer service!
The staff are polite and informative and the garage itself it clean and welcoming! The work carried out was done promptly and whilst I waited.
What’s more, is they cleaned the car too! Thank you
