I used William Morris at EMW Law as a first time buyer and he was exceptional. It really makes a massive difference having a good solicitor to guide you through the process and get the sale done efficiently. He was fantastic, especially given how poor the solicitors were on the seller's side which really delayed the process and therefore I would highly recommend EMW Law's services. One of the very best out there.

We have worked with EMW Law over the last year to deal with the sale of our trading estate in Hertford.
They were recommended to us by our agents due to a breakdown in confidence with our previous solicitors.
This is the first time we have worked with them but it won’t be the last.

I used EMW for my purchase as a first time buyer and my solicitor Priya L was amazing at resolving all the obstacles that arose during the process.
