DO NOT USE! Morlings dealt with the purchase of my property 5 years ago and the experience was traumatic. The experience was painfully slow and completely disorganised. I had to chase the solicitor (was a partner at the time) on a daily basis to get anything moved. Even the day of collecting the keys it was unclear if everything had gone through ok and couldn't get clear answers. I cannot warn people enough about not using the service.

Please be aware that this firm of solicitors are just out to "Rip off" anyone who walks through the front door of Morling Solicitors
We tried to have Morling Solicitors Maidstone to fight an Employment Law case
We paid the amount of £1'300 cash to Morling Solicitors Maidstone Kent for a case of "Redundancy non payment" and Morling Solicitors Maidstone were paid £1'326 to fight this case of Redundancy non payment.
Morling Solicitors Maidstone took on the case and for 3:months did absolutely ZERO/Zilch work for this case
Then the cheek of it all Morling Solicitors Maidstone wanted to keep all of our evidence paperwork and charge us for doing any photocopying to which we showed our anger at these activities by Morling Solicitors Maidstone to which all their activities got cancelled and we had our evidence paperwork returned

Morlings carried out the conveyancing of a property that I was selling. The work was undertaken by Harry (Harish) and his secretary. I found the service offered to be excellent. Staff were always helpful, telephone calls were always returned if an immediate answer could not be provided, and regular emails kept me updated. The sale progressed almost without any hitches and this took a lot of pressure off me for which I was most grateful.
