They handled the conveyancing for the sale of my late father's property. They always kept me up to date, and when the buyer's solicitors dropped the ball on the exchange date, Philip Smart & team stepped up and were persistent in trying to contact the buyer's solicitors. They were able to ensure we exchanged contracts on time, for completion the next day. You only really get to see how good a firm is when things go wrong, and Philip Smart & team were up to the task. NO ZERO STARS .......
Used them to deal with Mother in Laws estate. Antiquated, slow and never kept us updated unless we chased them. Most efficient task carried out was cashing our cheque payment within hours of receipt ( We actually asked them to send us the bill). WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND
