We used Reilly and Co to carry out probate on our late brother’s estate and subsequently they acted for us in the sale of his property.
The probate went very smoothly and did not take as long as we had been led to expect. Likewise the administration and final settlement of all the issues in our brother’s will.
The sale of the flat should have been straightforward but the buyers tried to reduce the price at the last minute claiming that there were difficulties with the lease.Kevin Reilly demonstrated to us that this was not correct and
advised that we refuse to drop the price on those grounds.
Eventually they paid the full price so we wish to thank everyone at Reilly and Co who helped to make this whole process go as smoothly as they could.
