I was on holiday with my friend and we were staying in Stow on the Wold, so went into the Coop for some drinks as it was extremely hot. The staff were so rude that I was left speechless - when it was our time to be served they didn't acknowledge us at all. I don't recall if they stated the cost of the product or expected us to know, but would never go into this place in the future.

As ever, it was a complete joy from the moment I walked in, until the moment I left. The staff are very friendly and always give time for a quick chat. I had a lovely complement on my shoes today too! I would like nothing more than having my ashes scattered on it's hallowed ground, or having my urn held safely behind the counter. The in-store bouncy castle is a little weird but just adds to the carnival atmosphere. My only criticism is that the ceiling is too low really as I keep bashing my head on it when I bounce. On one occasion this resulted in me getting stuck and having to look at the upstairs office for an hour before they could get me down. Overall a fantastic shopping experience. They also sell Islamic Vinegar too, whatever that is.

the worst experience you can have when the lady is over 50 and the blonde is at home. He speaks very badly to customers, if the store is empty he would rather sit back than come and serve you. we do not re-enter when he is at work.

It had what I needed which was bottles of hook Norton beer for my son in law, and a lovely bottle of sauvinioun blanc for my daughter and I. Assistant was efficient and helpful.
