I have made one telephone call (and left a voice message asking for a call back) and have also made two similar enquiries via the form on their website. This over a period of, I should think, two months, No response at all. I wonder what they mean by the word 'professional' in their title. Will-making is an important matter. Why trust a firm that behaves like this?
