Felt that I was lied to and given false promises in my desperation to secure employment. Was promised callbacks which never materialised. When contacting the agency, the people I needed to speak to were never available. However i now have a secure full time job but through my own efforts not your help in anyway. Would not recommend.

Liers. Don't use Zenith... Stay clear from Magna they still believe in SLAVERY.
Took 4 weeks to get a Saturday pay. Incompetent staff baring my forename
Safety net of a week in hand NOT paid..
Please find an employer who don't entertain Agencies like Zenith..
Repeat Magna WoW what a place ignorant mangers, they have a HR department but not for scum agency workers..

Even though it's been nearly 2 years since I've worked for them i would just like to say I've worked for 5 different agencies in total and this agency is the best agency that I've worked for by far they are very professional and reliable for getting you work they always pay you the right amount and also give you full weeks not just days here and days there . If i ever end up out of work again i wouldn't hesitate on working for them again .The job they got me paid off for me as after 13 weeks I got my contract so I would advise anyone to sign up with them. The manager of Zenith (Claire?) was very helpful if i ever needed anything along with the rest of her staff so I can't say enough good things about them if possible i would give them 11 out of 10 like I said brilliant agency

They keep you in a job, they keep you on file even if you did not work for them for a while, due to you working elsewhere. The team at zenith is young, very professional and down to earth caring team and they make you feel welcome and offer you a hot drink without cost. I have never known any agency in 14 year's to be of this quality. And if I needed a job, I would definitely give these guy's a call and they will get you registered and sorted for work. They treat you like family. Providing your nice to them.
Thanks Zenith,I remember your kindness from 2015.

Tell you lies to gain recruitment. Furthermore they are full of false promises , they don't pay you the correct holiday pay after you leave employment with them. Always chasing your well earned money and they are simply a scam. Do not work with this agency , specifically Ryan and Alex. They will lie out their back teeth to get what they want.

Worked for this Company over a 2 week period, quit the job immediately after not receiving pay and currently in the legal process to get the wages I'm owed. I'd ask anyone to choose this agency at the last resort otherwise you'll also receive the same problems I've been having

Worst agency ever. They don't care about you, just what they can get out of you. wages constantly wrong, missing overtime i am still trying to sort the mess they created for me. I worked for them nearly three years to be sacked because of their inability to do their job. Stay well clear, or at least record all meetings and phone calls like i do, to protect yourself from the lies and deception. Only reason they get a star is so i can post this.

I would advise anyone against using zenith people.
They are prone to passing off payment to an umbrella company without telling you and who will charge you for being paid.
When you question this they may agree to pay you in house as they should have always done but only if it's at a reduced hourly rate.
They will agree to an hourly rate and they decide that they aren't making enough money so welch on the agreement despite it being in writing and will call you at work and tell you that if you dont accept less money then you no longer have a job.
They will 'forget' to send your hours to the umbrella company which if you are not onto the ball and notice you wouldn't find out until you aren't paid on the Friday.
You will be accused of threatening the staff for stating that you wanting to seek advice independently and or speak to the employer directly.
When you call to complain about such goings on they will probably laugh down the phone and tell you you are being unreasonable.
This is not just my experience I also worked with others in the same premasis who were experiencing the same issues.
I would advise anyone to stay away especially if you are on a low income already.
