10/10!!! We had the most positive experience with Zen Move, especially Rhianna and Mabelline who were so professional, answered any and all questions we had and made the whole process so easy and quick! I've been fortunate enough to have brought a few properties and in turn I have used different solicitors each and every time because I haven't always been 100% satisfied. However this is not the case with Zen Move who have been superb from the get go. I love the app and knowing exactly what stage my purchase is at and Lucy & Natasha have been so responsive at every point.
I don't very often give out 5 star reviews however they thoroughly deserve this one and I will certainly be using them again in the future.

Such a positive experience compared to any other solicitors - will never use another solicitors ever again! After having the most traumatic experience with solicitors when we sold our rental last year (to the point of almost losing the sale and being on the verge of making a formal complaint to the relevant authority), my husband and I read an article on Zen Move in the Times and made a note to use them when we came to buy again. Well, what a difference! Mabelline and Rhianna were super responsive, fast, and always on the other end of the phone or email for anything we needed. It meant our purchase went through in record time, and we were held up by the bank for a few days in the end as all the legal work had been done so speedily! Can't recommend them enough.
