Great communication from Steve from first contact. He was able to arrange for the snagging survey at short notice. Liam who undertook the survey was friendly, very professional and took the time to explain and show me the main items of concern. Had the report the same evening as the survey was done. Very detailed, all snags separately listed and marked out on house plans plus photos provided for all. Also outlined any regulations the snags related too. This was super helpful when presenting it to the developers. Would definitely recommend Yorkshire & Lincolnshire Snagging Surveys.

Everything brilliant from start to finish; Steve was really helpful getting us booked in and waiting for us when we didn't move in as initially planned.
Liam contacted us the evening before to arrange a time to come over- much better than waiting in all day! When he came to look at our new build he was really friendly and professional; showed us different defects, explained how best to approach the developer to rectify everything and kept us in the loop throughout, as well as being super patient with our overexcited 2 year old!
Really happy with the report- great detail with lots of pictures and information on how to rectify. Great for us who know nothing and are at risk of being fobbed off by the developer!

Steve completed a snagging survey at my new build property yesterday. He was very accommodating to arrange a date and time that was convenient for us. He completed a thorough and detailed survey and he gave us the opportunity to ask any questions that we wanted to. Steve also got the report to us on the day which is very helpful and we can pass this onto Taylor Wimpey straight away to get the issues addressed. The report is very clear and concise.
