From the initial enquiry about selling our property and buying another down the other end of the country, all the staff were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. All during the process, nothing was too much trouble and when we either rang or had to call in we were always made welcome, it was like working with friends. Louise and Julia who were our main contacts were very quick resolving and reassuring us with any queries we had. They made the whole process easy and stress free. This was the first house we have sold in over 40 years and only the second we have bought but if I was ever to move again we we use Yellow Conveyancing as they were outstanding. We had an excellent experience with Yellow Legal, from the very start of our property purchase journey. Our appointed conveyancer, Claire, was so helpful with all of our queries. We had a very tricky initial purchase, that Claire navigated through expertly. Her thorough work led to discovery of land ownership problems associated with that purchase that would have left us in a very precarious position had we completed on that sale. Her support was unmatched and so we decided to again use the firms services for a second attempt at purchase on a different home, which went through within a couple of months, thanks to her hard work and dedication.
