Acted as a middle man in my property purchase case. They seem to operate as affiliate program for legal services, they offer to deliver "xpress" service, but once the case is sold their interaction ends. Nothing wrong with the affiliation programs, but they should not declare to deliver anything but only to point you to a legal company they operate with based on pre-fixed pricing. Declaration of service quality or delivery time is a myth, as XPLS has nothing to say on that matter.
