Our experience with WHSS started off quite rocky, multiple packets of paperwork was lost (at our cost) and emails were left with no response for over 10 days. HOWEVER - we did learn later this was due to a staff leaving and over lap, which we instantly forgave. Sally took on our case and within a couple of weeks we had everything sorted, signed and our day to move in to our new house, before the looming stamp duty deadline. In the right hands our service was absolutely excellent. I would use Sally again if we chose to move again.
