UPDATE SIMCE REPRESENTING MYSELF & GOING OMBUDSMAN. HOUSING ENDED COURT PROCEEDINGS AND PAID ME SMALL COMPENSATION IN 1 AREA SO FAR. THIS SHOWS COURST SOLICITORS DONT GIVE A 4K AND WILL ABUSE & RINSE THE FINANCIAL TICKET ALL YHEY CAN
Didnt notify me, theyd cancelled my psychiatrist appointment.
Today I went to court & signed the release papers from this firm and Daniel & went in to represent myself. The Judge told me has the decision to end the ASBI today & what would my request on this be, & obviously my reply was I would ask for it to be ended, it was based on falsities. He then told me due to the evidence of the opposition it would be in their favour because they had submitted evidence. I told him "but I have evidence & I could literally show 2 quick pieces now to show im a victim".
To this the judge responded " Why Havent I Already submitted my evidence to the court"!!
I am livid this is something Id told Daniel I wanted doing over & over & everything I had he said thats not how it works & he doesnt think my evidence is relevant.
I had to explain to the judge Id wanted to do this numerous times but my solicitor said none of that happens now. The judge also pointed out this will be up for trial/hearing soon as it had already been going longer than should , which was a point I made to Daniel. Yet Daniel told me thats not how anything works & that this case would be dragged out with about 3 more inbetween hearings before the trial/final! Thats not case the date is set for in 2 months & hes giving me 2weeks to get all evidence submitted!!! I'm going to have to fight through ALL the tonnes of videos calls emails testimonies that I sent this firm over the past 6months I am so upset I got played like this. Biggest mistake of my life. Daniel is polite & friendly , and ive not had any problems with him not contacting back, but feel screwed over big time, that ge just didnt send thecourtat least some evidence!!! If it wasn't for this neglect , the judge could've viewed my submitted evidence today & squashed the ASBI today!!! I'm sick of people get played by firms for all the legal aid!! I am absolutely gutted that if my evidence had just been submitted earlier like I constantly wanted this could've ended the ASBI today!!
DO NOT USE!!!!. They will help sabotage you so housing can Evict you!!! With bought ASBI. Despite disabilities. & tonnes evidence

Rang them up for some legal advice and was spoken to very rudely. I spoke to a gentleman named Ben and he kept cutting me off when talking to him and came across arrogant. When on the call i could hear him mumbling so i asked if he was still there and he then hung up on me. Didnt call me back. I have never had to seek legal advice before and to be spoken down to like that I felt was unprofessional.

I was thinking about contacting this Firm for immigration purposes, but it seems Mr. Salim who is being praised by all this comments is not a Solicitor according to SRA.

He is also not being listed in the Immigration Department of the firm for whatever reason.

This all very suspicious !!!!
