I would like to thank Mark for the work done with my documentation. However, there were a few things that I was not happy with.
I emailed Mark back and forth several times, to clarify and request information. There was an opportunity in which it took him more than 2 weeks to get back to me. The process of attesting documents is stressful, and I wish more consideration was given through this process. Also, there was some resistance to send the documents to the address I required. So I had to adjust and send it to a different address for their convenience.
