A First Class Service Centre! I've been going to this site for fuel for years (Cheapest of anywhere I've been).

Went on a long-ish journey for a weekend away and experienced our first red warning light issue. Following advice from the AA...called them up on our return and booked the car in for repair.

As a standard complimentary service they check the vehicle over anyway and advise of any issues.

Full customer interaction...Yes! They actually call and talk to you as well (such a rare thing these days!).

The result...Car repaired at a good price...within their specified time frame...with confidence and with a smile (another rare thing these days)

I highly recommend these guys...and while you are there you can browse a seriously well stocked shop AND get some proper bargain fuel.

Just popped in Woolpit Garage this morning to see if they could sort a fault for me, I was able to leave my car with them there and then! Just been to collect, the fault requires VW specialist attention however, they topped up my oil, water, and screen wash as there was a problem getting my bonnet open! They were all so very friendly, helpful, nothing was too much for them. Thank you very much, greatly appreciate your help today:)

My campervan handbrake failed today after filling up with diesel (cheapest in Suffolk!). The lovely guys at the garage looked at it right away and fixed it there and then. We were on our way to a campsite and I thought we might not make it but thanks to their help we carried on with our journey. Really friendly and helpful. Will be taking the camper there next year for service and MOT. Thanks so much.

The guys here have always been fantastic with mine, my husband's and my son's car. And recently they were super brilliant with my daughter when she had her first "auto issue," due to a run in with a deer. Woolpit advised, helped and did the work for her fantastically. Not a great experience. Very rude practically told me my car was no good and needed loads of work doing absolute lie. Didn't even bother pricing up the work just told me my car was no good funny as im Still driving my car to this day. Think they just did not want to fix it! so told me my car was no good. Awful customer service was very rude when explaining all what was wrong with my car. Talking out of his back side!!
