Nice lady I spoke to on the phone but they said they wouldn't give independent legal advice to me regarding a house purchase. "They weren't doing that at the moment".

Took 10 months to complete.
Didn't pay the stamp duty so I got fined £400 even though I paid Woodwards in full.

Avoid! Very rude and unprofessional. Added more stress and delays to moving. Would never respond to emails and had to be chased to even get a response. Inaccurate information given within the process.
