Tracy is absolutely brilliant, friendly and easy to talk to. I have recently started my own business and she helped me with both my tax returns. Tracy took over all our accounts just over a year ago, she has looked after our limited company accounts and guided me through the rules and regs of a LTD company , as it was very new to me and it all seemed a bit overwhelming. Her knowledge and professional approach was fantastic and helped settle any worries and any doubts I was having.
She has also completed my wife Kerry’s self assessment tax return and also resolved her PAYE tax issue she was having.
Another issue I was having was with a medical insurance company which was extremely stressful for myself , she handled all the correspondence on my behalf and clarified a complex policy document
