This is just a quick note to express my thanks for the excellent service we recently benefitted from.
As you know, out IT set up is far from the template set up often seen with Microsoft 365. Using One Drive, Sharepoint isn’t practical with our business dependent software and with us storing data locally is essential.

Recently a Windows 11 update included a security feature relating to NAS drives and permissions to use data on them. This update basically meant we could no longer access files on the NAS in the format we needed to. Fortunately, as we are on a support package, your team were able to identify the issue quickly and expedite some fixes to enable us to continue the work we do. The timescale for which we were “down for”, was limited to a few hours which was totally manageable.

I’d like to express my thanks to the team and am very pleased to state, that we can unreservedly recommend Woodstock IT should anyone need these services in the very near future.
