After my experience when dealing with this solicitors for a house purchase, I would advise that you double check your paperwork and ensure it relates to the property you are purchasing, as this company accepts no responsibility for their error, irrespective of the seriousness of the consequences. If a legal representative cannot get the paperwork correct it doesn't instill much faith. I would not recommend this company to family or friends
