Absolutely disgraceful service! My non fault claim was referred to WNS over 13 months ago. Communication was pathetic, I had to chase them up about absolutely everything, they were constantly ignorring my communication, answering selectively. My car suffered small cosmetic damages, but their approved repairer (NK Accident Repair Centre) carried out disastrous "repairs". In total repairs took them over 5 months, they had a chance to rectify their sloppy work, but the garage was causing more and more damages. Car was painted in wrong colour, whole body was misaligned, painting technique was terrible with a lot of paint runs, paint sags, and paint deposits all over the car, interior was damaged, they caused mechanical damages to cooling system, also my car failed MOT test just after "repair" attempts. Engineers used by WNS (Tec Reports Group) made enormous amount of mistakes and omissions. They were issuing reports, than suddenly cancelling them, absolute lack of knowledge and a waste of time. Generally the claim was a disaster and I have never ever received such a low standard of service. AVOID!

HORRIBLE COMPANY DONT EVER MAKE A MISTAKE AND USE THIS COMPANY: My car went in for repairs and when it was returned it was sent back with extra damages that wasnt there when i gave it to them, i am horrified with this companies behavior, they denied everything, when i complained they sent me before and after pictures and on there clearly in the after pictures you can see more damages, when i pointed it out and told them to look at picture, the lady on phone acted stupid like she cannot see, she kept saying she cant see the differences when clearly you can see it, never use this company they are frauds, the refused to resolve the issue. the company failed to fill in vehicle condition sheet when collecting vehicle from me, instead they done it in the garage after the tow truck gave them the vehicle, even in there vehicle condition sheet which they filled at the garage, they did not mark the damage that their saying was there when they got car,there bunch of liars who are cons, dont make a mistake and send your car to this company

My car repair process was mishandled, and it's been months of waiting for a resolution. Helen Johnson, the representative I've been dealing with, provided contradictory information and seemed more interested in stalling than assisting. The lack of transparency and accountability in their service is disheartening. I've not only faced financial losses but also immense stress due to their ineffective handling. I'm left with no choice but to involve an ombudsman. It's a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend WNS Assistance for anyone seeking efficient and responsible assistance.

If you're a repairer (like me) please do not do a job via these people (appointed by Saga). 4 months on from invoice date, i haven't been paid- i'm £2500 out of pocket, & this is mainly parts. I feel totally robbed. They never respond to emails, never answer the phone, & Saga don't help at all. Amazing that they can get away with this, seems like a complete scam. Never ever again. Possibly one of the worst companies I’ve had to deal with. Devastated with their lack of communication, their lies and offer of a mere £100 which they offered weeks ago and never paid. When you call the phone number the options are rushed and many of these options cut your call off!! I’ve now been cut off 3 times from 3 options just to talk to someone. A horrible, stressful ordeal.

From the perspective of a repairer, WNS (and its associates) are the worst company to do business with.
(one star is a bit generous)
Aside from being uncommunicative with us or their client and seemingly no professionalism in their actions. They will not settle their bills until they have received their payment from the insurer, and then they hang on as long as possible until you're on the verge of taking them to court.
Accident management companies get a bad press and WNS have to be the front runner for why this is.

To the public, there are other accident management companies out there that can do much better than WNS.

I dont think ive ever experienced worse customer service, they offered a valuation on my car then lost my car for a few days, then i found out they shouldnt of even valuved my car and made an offer as it was a non fault claim! Currently have a complaint with FOS as you cannot get any answers from them or contact them, even when i made a complaint i didnt get a response in a reasonable time, glad to hear my current insurer is no longer using them!

I wish i could give them no star. Worst company with no communication, they should be on negative ranking. Chasing them since last eight days, their customer hit my car they accepted the claim and now doing the dodgy practices. Claim companies are famous for their dodgy business.
