I worked as an agency chef with Winners for approximately three years, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience. They were consistently professional, offered competitive pay, and communicated clearly and respectfully. What stood out the most was how they genuinely took my preferences into account when assigning roles.

Normally ok, but very recently trouble liaising information from agency worker and client. Very unprofessional with the way they deal with agency worker they blame them for work they should have obtained from client.
Don't go to a job they give you without getting every bit of information, otherwise turn it down as they blame you for their mistakes.

I arrived to where I supposed to be, but on a high street with no other address.
Was given wrong contact details and had to phone you for right phone number, when got information of clients phone number wouldn't give me the address of where to meet them, so promptly phoned you again only for you to say I didn't want to do the job and will take me off the books and put the phone down on me.(VERY UNPROFESSIONAL)
As said in email to yourselves what have I achieved in turning up to a job and then leaving. You let me down and so did the client. I was the one out of pocket.
It's takes a great person to admit they are wrong, obviously you don't like to.
This is a genuine honest review, please reflect on this as it will help you in future be a better person and better company.

Winners are a fantastic company to work for, I was employed by them between Feb '22 and Nov '22. The staff are brilliant! I usually liaised with Bruce and James and they were always a phone call or an email away if you needed any help or questions answered. The pay was always prompt and the staff were just very friendly people to deal with.

As an employee of Winners Recruitment, I can honestly say this has been the best company I have worked for. Today is my last day here at Winners due to relocating to London. I wish I could take my office, the directors Kim and James and all the staff with me to continue my career journey. I have worked in recruitment for many years and Winners as an employer has giving me the opportunity to develop on a professional level and also has gifted me new friends as I have been treated like family from day one. If ever I was to return to Cornwall I would with out a doubt be knocking on the door to return.

I have also met some amazing temporary employees and its been an absolute pleasure to deal with such hardworking and reliable candidates. The fact that Winners has so many long term temporary employees just shows how well they operate as a business and how well they treat their staff.

Kim and James have been amazing in regards to support both on a professional and personal level. I cant thank them enough for everything.

I am truly sad to be leaving Winners. Winners will always be my family down in Cornwall.

1 star is too high. I was approached with a job offer. I took the job ( which was a shambles from the start. ). After a couple of weeks, I called to say that the job was not for me, winners said they will get back to me and run through other opportunities which they didn't. A short while after starting, I got my qualifications upgraded and told the winners rep. She pulled me aside and said Do not tell the company. They were not happy as this may require a finders fee refund. ( Well excuse me for being a person and not a number ). When I handed in my notice for this company as they underpaid me, stung me on call out rates, etc. I chased up winners, they covered their backsides very quickly and said the job advert with the claims came from the employer.
